By accessing or using Viadomus ("Service"), operated at viadomus.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Viadomus. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Viadomus is a real estate market intelligence platform that provides data-driven analysis of US residential real estate markets, deal analysis tools, portfolio tracking, and market search functionality. The Service aggregates publicly available and licensed data from third-party sources including but not limited to the US Census Bureau, Federal Reserve, Zillow, Bureau of Labor Statistics, and other providers.
The Service is intended for informational purposes only. Nothing on Viadomus constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All data, reports, analyses, and verdicts generated by the Service are for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision.

Viadomus offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (Analyst at $89/month and Executive at $149/month, or discounted annual rates). Plan features and limits are described on the Billing page and may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in Section 4.4.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free plan. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
All payments are final and non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error — such as a billing bug, duplicate payment, or unauthorized charge — contact support@viadomus.io within 30 days and we will review on a case-by-case basis. For all other refund requests, payments are not refundable regardless of usage.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period and will take effect at your next renewal.

The Service, including its design, software, algorithms, and original content, is owned by Viadomus and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal investment research purposes.
Market data displayed in the Service is sourced from third-party providers and is subject to their respective terms. Viadomus does not claim ownership of underlying public datasets.
Reports and analyses you generate through the Service may be used for your personal investment purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish Service outputs as a commercial data product.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
Real estate market data is inherently subject to change and may not reflect current conditions. Past performance data does not guarantee future results. You should independently verify any information before making investment decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Viadomus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or investment losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Viadomus in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Viadomus and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Google (OAuth), and Anthropic (AI analysis). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, and 12 survive termination.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@viadomus.io.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. If arbitration is found unenforceable, disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Viadomus regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
